Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Europe, Lithuania, within 2-3 business days from the time of order placement.

Please be aware that customs or import fees are not part of our service and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are imposed in accordance with the regulations of the destination country.
Your order will be delivered to you by the courier.
Standard (DHL, GLS, UPS):
- Lithuania: 1-3 business days (LP Express)
- Europe: 2-5 business days
- USA / Canada: 4-7 business days
- Rest Of The World: 5-10 business days
Delivery rates:

- Europe: 5.99 €
- USA / Canada: 9.99 €
- Rest Of The World: 14.99 €
Please keep in mind that these timeframes are approximate. We kindly request that you allow an additional 10 days on top of the standard delivery time before reaching out to our customer support team.
Tracking After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please note that it may take 2 to 3 business days for tracking information to become available. Once your package leaves our facility, it proceeds to the DE-Frankfurt logistics centre, where it is scanned and tracking status begins to update. It's not uncommon for a shipment to go more than 24 hours without an update while in transit.
You can monitor your parcel's progress on the 'Track Your Order' page by entering your order number and email address.
